Day two - Not enough food

So I missed breakfast because I had a fire to put out when I got to the office. Lunch was spinach salad with chicken and feta and vinaigrette dressing. In between I snacked on fruit. I am still at work! I just grabbed a grilled chicken breast from the fridge and slapped it between two pieces of honey wheat bread just to get my numbers up. Suffice it to say even with that it is now almost 7 PM and I have consumed less than 900 calories.
Ack! This is what I do! I either eat crap and kill my plan or I don't eat enough and neither thing is good. So I just grabbed a tbsp of chia seeds and drank a bunch of water now I'm headed home to eat something that won't make me stay up all night.
Tomorrow will be better!
