took advantage of the good vacation weather and my husband's supportiveness and we walked and walked and walked some more thursday, friday and saturday. I was sure that would finally help move the numbers on the scale, but nope. nada. nuthin. zip zero zilch. it stayed the same.
I really have to read the DASH Diet book more carefully and figure out what I am missing in phase two. If it weren't for Sparkpeople and the encouragement of the friends I am making here I am sure I would have gone someplace other than the farm stand on my way home from work. I came home with 3 giant yummy tomatoes, fresh green beans and some honeycrisp apples. and after checking in here I am resolved to do better.
