Enjoying the moments

I am enjoying each moment instead of worrying about the next!

I talked to the WW leader and this week I am eating my points. So far that has worked well. I feel good about my exercise on Sunday. Monday was a big school day so exercise was poor BUT i did exercise before I went to bed!

    good advice from WW and from FITAT50. When adding so many lower calorie fresh foods and leaving out as many processed & carb-loaded foods as possible I have found it very difficult to get 1200 some days. still a work in progress, but you're post is encouraging.

    See, told ya you needed to eat more ;-) your calories should never be under 1200. I'm glad your listening to your WW leader, she sounds like a good one! Keep at it Patricia, this is your time to make some changes and make a difference.
