Well last week was a big pile of crap. I didn't do any running in the morning like I said I was going to. I didn't take Zoey to the park at all. Food was terrible and according the to scale this morning I gained back everything I had lost in the prior week.
Now I'm not blogging this because I am feeling frustrated or beating myself up, although I am a little bit. I am more blogging it to just hold myself accountable. If I don't put my successes and failures out into this world then I don't think I can or will change what I need to.
Now this week is having a little bit of a better start. I got up Monday morning and went for a walk/run and Zoey and I walked to the park today. Food has not been great. I think I ate four cookies today. I need to get back to tracking and planning my meals. That is a huge key to me being successful. Plan and track, plan and track.
