So I've been talking with my sponsor and doing a lot of praying.
I've decided to take a break from trying to loose weight.
I know that might sound crazy, but I've been struggling for 5 years to loose weight. I lost 100 pounds from 2008 to 2011 (that's with two kids birthed as well!) Then from 2011 to now I've struggled with the last 40! I was 170 for a long time, then back to 180, then down to 162 (my lowest) then back to 170, then back to 180. So I'm going to take a break.
I need some time to enjoy the weight I've lost so far, expecting to loose more and get more healthy. But right now I'm going to focus on going back to school, my daughter starting school next year, and finding a house.
It's only for a few months (I'll reevaluate in January), I'm still going to write down everything I eat and exercise 60 minutes a day 5 days a week, but my calorie range is a little over 2,000.
I'm pretty excited and I'll still blog and I'm not leaving Sparkpeople!!! It's a time to maintain not throw all my progress away!!!

I can't wait to see my future self! I've been thinking a lot about how I used to eat (I think I talked about this in yesterdays blog) but I've decided like it took a huge cut back of food to get from where I was to where I am, I'm going to need to cut my food again to get even further. I was reluctant to give up two chili cheese dogs, 2 cups of ice cream, three cookies. But I'm going to need to cut it down even more but praise God I've discovered some raw vegan desserts!!! I made a peach tart today and it was awesome!!!
