I met one of my goals lastnight to get below a 15 min mile, the last mile I hit a 13:46. I was shocked! I normally look at my phone off and on while I'm walking to check my pace but I didnt lastnight. I just ran when I felt recovered and walked when I felt like I needed to walk. I'm starting to feel more comfortable trying to run.
