This has been a day filled with "tired." Getting back to these Tuesday's following a very busy day at homeschool co-op takes time. We also had time spent first thing with the cows as it is "to the butcher" day for three of the four. We finally got sat down to do some schoolwork around 10:30! Barely got through math and language arts and could tell I wasn't going to get anything more out of them. After lunch I got a few things done for co-op so everything is ready for Monday and then I took a nap. Now I'm heading out in about 10 minutes for my massage and will then grab dinner and head to the leadership meeting.

The knee was angry with me this morning (tendon along the outside of the leg again) so I've been massaging it off and on all day and it is getting better. Will see the doctor tomorrow morning so he can help even more if it is still an issue.

Tomorrow should be a full day as we also have both kids' counseling at 1 and my Bible study in the evening. Also hoping we'll know if we are actually getting to CO or not on Thursday and if so, extra work in preparations.

Hope your knee feels better and the doc figures out what's up! I don't know if you're referring to the iliotibial band which runs along outside the thigh and attaches to the knee and spine. There are some good exercises/yoga stretches for this "iliotibial band syndrome" which is partially what I have. (A lot of runners have this too). If that is the problem, let me know and I'll refer you to some good stretches.

P.S. That's so great that you homeschool children. I think that's a good idea, particularly when parents who care about the education of their kids come together and set an appropriate curriculum that helps kids not only learn but thrive in curiosity :)

Warm fuzzies for me hearing you talk about homeschooling. My girl is now in I. But she commutes right now, and Thank God for cell phones and texting, because she fills me on her classes and new friends and she's also in Campus Crusade for Christ. I joined that club in college and it changed my life where I went from lukewarm to on FIRE and I'm still BURNING for JESUS even at age 47. I love the poster with the scripture about the Holy Spirit. I am SO GRATEFUL for my relationship with Jesus Christ. There is NO GREATER LIFE than to LIVE FOR HIM. emoticon

I'm assuming you either won't be going to the flooded areas of CO or if you will be near that you are checking on conditions ahead of time.
