I've been thinking about all the baby steps it's taking to get to where I am and where I want to go. All the ways I've failed and succeeded. A blog I visited today inspired me to write this.
What are some of the baby steps you take every day to contribute to your new healthy life style?
Here are my daily baby steps:
I drink 8 glasses of water a day
I make sure to walk on all my breaks at work
I carry my gym bag in the trunk of my car just in case
I update a music playlist of get going music
I make conscious decisions about what I put into my body
I try to be active for at least 10 minutes a day
What are some of the baby steps you take every day to succeed
