It felt sooo good to go to the gym today! Walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill at 3mph
& 15 minutes on the recumbent bike @ 10 mph
all while reading my fantastic book! If it weren't for my iPad Mini, I wouldn't last two minutes on ANY machine!
I'm going back to the gym tonight with Hubby. I'm planning to walk another mile and do strength. I came across an article about the rowing machine
on one of the Spark emails that came to me today. I think I'm gonna give it a try!
I'm hoping to keep up the courage to go to a Intro to zumba class! No, I haven't been yet! Still keep chickening out - but this time I'm gonna do it!!
