Yesterday was one of those days where I ate and ate a lot of junk till I felt like throwing up!
Everyone knows how it feels when you stare at others around you eating a lot of yummy food like sweets, chocolate, ice-cream etc etc
When I resist to the temptation I feel that I have won.
But yesterday I lost because I slipped a big one .
This morning I felt like crap, I felt like a failure!
But then I turned my mood and continued pushing towards my goals!
Today was a new day and it was a good one!
I picked myself up ate within my calorie range and did 74 minutes cardio
