So, I started Weight Watchers last month and I am happy so far. I said that if I did not think it was going to be worth the $$$ I would cancel after the first month. I am not cancelling yet.
My first weigh in was a shock because it did not match the scale that I use. I thought I was under 200 pounds, but I weighed in at 207.8. I missed the second meeting due to a family issue. The third week I had lost 5.8 pound putting me at 202.0 pounds. Last week I was down 1 pound bringing me to 201.0 pounds and a 6.8 pound loss in 4 weeks. My week 5 weigh in is tomorrow (Wednesday). I think I have stayed the same, but right now I am happy as long as I do not gain. We will see tomorrow.
I go to meetings and use the online tools. I have found that I prefer the SP website, but I do like the WW tracker and points plus system. It is so much easier to keep track of points, which really does not make sense, but it is.
