What works for me now is that if I want a treat I cut some calories back and don't blow a whole meal like I used to. I can actually see myself reaching that first goal to be under 200 pounds. When I am down I will read a spark quote I usually read only one a day but will read two if I need the pick up.
My husband will walk to the gym while I am at work so I am sure to get my work out in and pick him up too. Sometimes I think what the hell as I like my time. but for the most part I am so grateful to have the support
