a new challenge for me--a jogging test

so here i am again. havent blogged for about a week. i always feel better when i blog and i am more active on spark people.
i have been really getting into my c25k. today was a beautiful sunny mild day so i took it outside. i was feeling spunkier than usual so i went from week 3 to week 4. i have done the program before so i knew what to expect.
like i thought, it really challenged me, which was a good thing cause i needed a good challenge
here is where the fun begins. i have committed myself to eat really good: no sugar, no refined flour, processed food until at least saturday. i am gonna do my c25k on thurs and friday. i know that when you eat better, you jog better. so, i am testing that theory this week.
by friday, i should have more energy and do better than i did today.
so for now, it is off to work i go. wish i didnt have to but i am thankful for a job
