Last week I made all of my runs! Woot Woot. I did a pretty good job on the nutrition, and I am down 3lbs or so. Very happy with this progress.
I was so excited to get my 5 miles in on Saturday. It ended up being a nice pleasant run that started off as something I was NOT interested in doing.
Getting up early, dealing with the cold, worrying about the fog/ visibility.
I almost went back inside and gave up. My breathe was visible! I chose to run an alternate route (not around the foggy lake) and ended up running my 6 mile loop instead of my 5 mile loop! What a happy whoops. This puts me 1 mile ahead of schedule!
Sweet! I am sure I am going to need that wiggle room.
My schedule is full up with too much work, teaching, volunteer work, and three active sport schedule's for my kids. I am so proud that they are active, but it's a hard schedule to keep up with, Varsity Soccer, JV Soccer & JV Cross Country (cause she can't just pick one), and the littlest is doing Karate.
So excited about Karate - it is super affordable in a close location - AND I can do it with her! How fun! I am sad I can't go to the first practice because I have a home advisory parents meeting... but next week I am so there.
So far this week has started out good. I got my Monday run in. Planning for Wend, Thursday, and Saturday runs. Keeping on the new schedule - Saturday I am shooting for 7 miles.
It would be even better if I can get out of the 180's .... I just need 2 lb's this week to reach that goal. I CAN DO THIS.
