I have slipped off the wagon ! Desperate to get back on and bought Spark Coach, I dont know if anyone else is having this problem but I feel sort of overwhelmed ! I have decided just to go back to the very start and begin over again like I never lost any weight at all , I am 40 pounds down but want to start right from where I am now,
One of the ideas I had is to just concentrate on one thing for each week and having accomplished that then to add another goal and progress etc etc.
So Spark Coach said it was a good idea to join the ten minutes a day Spark Challenge and then a few days later to join the BOOT Camp Challenge !
I havent even finished the Ten Minute Challenge , although I am doing more then ten minutes a day !
I wanted to follow the program to a T but I feel I really need to ingrain habits first before adding new ones ! Also I belong to a few teams that are fantastic but spreading my self out over whelms me ! So I am going to just do one team :) and concentrate on tiny teeny goals over time !
I love Spark Coach dont get me wrong but I need to really retrace my steps one step at a time and also teams and challenges take more time ! Its not ten minutes a day by the time I log in food and exercises minutes , comment on a fews friends pages , log on to my team and read a few articles and mark off my goals for the week ! Anyone else feeling over whelmed and have advice ?
