Today was the 1st week weigh-in for our Biggest Loser at work -- we are doing this for 8 weeks and we should lose a total of 8 pounds or more!
I am down 2 pounds! It is a start!
I am trying to cut back on my sweets and junk food (I live on them) - and I'm trying to eat healthier - and I'm trying to exercise for at least 20 minutes - 4 days a week
