I had an incredible workout during spin class today, and then about 15 minutes in the pool. Altogether, I've calculated over 700 calories burned, and I can understand why I would be hungry.
Of course the spark recipe of the day is gluten free peanut butter cookies, and of course I had to bake them and eat a couple! So, I mapped out the rest of my meals for the day and I have 336 calories left over before I reach my limit - I better use them wisely!
The days that I really work out with spin class or swim a mile, I am sooooo hungry - I have to be careful to make the right choices or I could easily go over my calorie limit. On days that I am doing body pump or my "day off", I am really not as hungry and sometimes find it hard to get in all the calories.
