210 pounds???not anymore!!!

Having had a back injury I have actually been falling back into old habits.It was at a checkup that my new Doc asked me why was I having trouble.I had to face the truth and answer her.I was exercising and putting more calories in than was being burned.Snacking and eating at all hours.I was also afraid of reinjuring my back but,I guess deep inside it gave me an excuse to be LAZY!She said you can and will lose weight by the end of October or I'm going to put you on INSULIN!My mouth went dry and my heart jumped out of my chest.The tears were flowing and I was angry,scared and finally determined to do something about it.I relayed my woes to DH and he said Honey you are going to do this!He lubed my treadmill and elliptical(they were getting a little on the dusty side)and off I went.No pain so every day I increased my speed and time.The pounds were reluctant so I started back measuring and weighing food.Im happy to say I'm down to 188!!!!!...22 lbs since July 26th.Im feeling so much better and I get up,hit the exercise right away and pour myself a gallon of water from the fridge and put it out on the counter so I'll see it all day long.My clothes are bigger emoticon My muscles feel better and my attitude Is"Getter done"The Doc is flabbergasted and was so thrilled at my progress she gave me a $50 gift card to Wal Mart!She asked would I talk to some of her patients that are overweight.She took pics of me before and after wait till she sees the way after at end of October!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon SUSAN
