What is it?
*For 30 days, strive to do 200 consecutive squats everyday. If you cant do that many, THAT'S OKAY! Just do your best and try to do more reps the next day.

Yesterday I was trying to find a buddy to do this challenge with by posting on the message boards. Instead of finding a buddy, I had someone (I wont be relieving the username) that was trying to "help" me by stating facts and personal judgment that this challenge isn't functional and effective.
I don't take fitness as seriously as some people and I want to point out that this challenge is meant to be for fun. I think challenges like this are great for inner pride and maybe boost the self esteem when achieved. I don't care if I can achieve the same results in 1/4 the time by doing it weighted. I'm not very fit and I get sore from doing NON-weighted squats, so this challenge is good and dandy for ME.
Since I couldn't find a buddy on the message boards, If you would like to join me I would gladly accept you :)
