30 minute WATP and 15 minutes strength training. I have to admit, I'm not noticing any changes in my weight or how my clothes fit and I suppose a little over two weeks isn't enough time for anything to show yet. I feel good, which is great, and my enthusiasm hasn't waned (nor has the pride I feel in keeping up my streak). Patience has never been a virtue of my mine, no matter how much it is tested daily! *LOL*
Oh well, I will just keep doing what I am doing, knowing at least I am doing really well and treating my body right.
I am having a little bit of a rough time keeping up with my calories. Since they have increased somewhat as I continue my exercising and I have not had the opportunity to go to a real grocery store(Target fills the need to a certain extent, but I am missing so much that they don't offer), I am often below my lowest calorie range.
This too shall pass, in the meantime, here's to a fabulous day!
