Did Rip'T Up today. This disc is just fun. It works you from head to toe, but the moves vary quickly so the workout is over before you know it! The only move I will say that I'm not a big fan of is the 4 count pushups. This is only because I don't like pushups!
I can do regular pushups just fine, but when it's done in slow mo, yeah, everything changes. Maybe by the time I'm on my 4th week of Gamma, I won't dislike it as much.. haha yeah, I don't think so. This afternoon I will do Zstrength #2. So happy tomorrow is a non strength day (well, at least in the morning). I think my muscles are fried. Fortunately other than the Zstrength workouts, I won't be doing any workouts in the morning using weights until Friday.
Today I have to go to the dentist to get one of my fillings refilled because it's "failing." I have no idea what that means. I always feel like whenever I go to the dentist, they can tell me whatever they want and I wouldn't be the wiser. Why? Cause I can't see my teeth! Well, unless you're talking about the ones right up front. But if you're talking about the teeth in the back, yeah, how am I going to disagree with you? Every time I go in for a cleaning, I'm always waiting for them to tell me something is wrong and I have to get it fixed... That's on top of the discomfort of my mouth being open forever for them to clean it. Now, I know everything I'm saying makes it sound like I have gross teeth, but that's not the case. I'm just a wimp when it comes to dentists.
Not a big fan of them, but I go cause to me, dentists are like necessary evil. I brush, floss, and use mouthwash at least twice a day and go to the dentist to make sure there will be no big damage down the road. What kills me is that there are people who have never gone to the dentist, who don't take care of their teeth, and yet when they do go to the dentist for a cleaning, they come out with a clean bill of health! I'm like, really?! How's that fair? Anyways, I'm done ranting about this. Thanks for reading!
Today is my 2nd day into slingshot week and I have to say I feel good! So far at least, lol. Not feeling heavy or weighed down. Hopefully I can keep this up!
