I started my journey at the end of last June and in terms of weight I can't say that things started very well. My starting weight was 62kg and after some weeks the scale said I was 63.4! But I took a deep breath and said to myself that I should keep going, saying to myself that I was doing things well and I was feeling well, with more energy, less stress, more flexibility and tone in my muscles and ... yes! I was right! I began to lose again and today I'm at 62kg again. Now I feel that I can do it, just keeping positive and doing the right things... I'm on track guys and I just wanted to share it with you!
