    OH my gosh! When I think of rye, I think of all the rye breads my Grandmother & I made. They were soooooooooooooo good! I could consume 1/2 a loaf myself . . . in the "pre-Spark" days. But I can still inhale the aroma!

    Yep, everyone had to clean their plate though my sister always got away with leaving the last bite of everything. lol I also find myself mindlessly eating things that have been handed to me. Counting it is really important so good job on that. The tour sounds very interesting.

    Yes, we had to clean our plates as kids, but there was a lot less food on the plates back then, and nothing to eat between meals. It's easy to overlay memories of childhood with the norms of today.

    Was part of that clean plate club too. Never could figure out how they would get my food if I did not eat it. emoticon
