So I weighed in this weekend and I lost three pounds I changed how much I walked and how often I walked everyday but one and walked six miles everyday. So hopefully that means my plateau is over for now. Anyway this week went okay I tracked everyday I didn't miss much breakfast. And I have been going to bed on time. I'm taking ST and core workouts off the table for now. I will start them again in October. I think by just focusing on my walking I can get back into a pattern and than I can add them in.
