TODAY IS MY 18 month SparkAversary! I STILL love Spark People!

I have learned allot about myself these past months. But because of my wrist sprain, I've learned ALLOT this past week!

#1. Watching TV commercials makes me hungrier!

#2. I am not a patient person!

#3. I am getting better at figuring out how to get aerobics in. I can't put on shoes, so no ZUMBA, BUT I have been walking in our salt water pool, about 50 minutes a day, keeping my 'core' tight! It IS helping!

#4. I LOVE the feeling of sweating in Zumba, the runners high, feeling! I REALLY MISS IT!

#5. My Spark friends help me more than I realized before!

#6. I am tenacious! Thank Goodness!

#7. I KNOW when to rest & it is time, now!

    Eighteen months...wheeeee...that is a LONG time and now you have your routine down pat! I so agree about the stupid t.v. commericals. Honestly if we didn't have a remote that lets you zip by the commercials I wouldn't watch t.v. PERIOD...you are truly held captive with all of those stupid commercials and they DO make you crave JUNK!

    Sounds like you've taken a lot of steps towards fitness. You may not know how valuable that is if you can keep it up for life. (Of course, it all doesn't have to be the same thing. Just to have a fitness orientation.) Glenn
