I have learned allot about myself these past months. But because of my wrist sprain, I've learned ALLOT this past week!
#1. Watching TV commercials makes me hungrier!
#2. I am not a patient person!
#3. I am getting better at figuring out how to get aerobics in. I can't put on shoes, so no ZUMBA, BUT I have been walking in our salt water pool, about 50 minutes a day, keeping my 'core' tight! It IS helping!
#4. I LOVE the feeling of sweating in Zumba, the runners high, feeling! I REALLY MISS IT!
#5. My Spark friends help me more than I realized before!
#6. I am tenacious! Thank Goodness!
#7. I KNOW when to rest & it is time, now!
