Feeling Great! Staying on Track!

I had an incredible body pump class today! I was able to increase my weights a bit, and I am using my core finally! It all makes sense now! The new track with lunges were torturous, and I was unfortunately not able to do all of them - not many of us were able to though!
Great swim after class and I made sure to give myself a few minutes in the whirlpool and sauna as a treat!
I was able to track my food all day. I made two meals in advance for the week yesterday for the family and put the recipes on Sparkrecipes. I plan on doing that with common recipes that I use a lot in our meal rotation. The food logging is always really time consuming for me, and I have to find a way to make it easier!
