Day 62...something I never thought I'd say, but I've cut back on meat considerably and am loading up on veggies and fruits! I've been trying to eat a high protein breakfast without meat, and today for lunch I had very little chicken in my soup.
I made homemade veggie soup and separated it into individual servings so when I get hungry I can heat one up and feel full! I love it! 121 calories for about a 2 cup serving. But I put very little chicken breast in it, so I could pack in more veggies. Love it!
I want to ride a bicycle...right now I'm way too big but wow I really want to ride a bike! Can't hardly wait til that day comes! I used to ride bikes all the time when I was a kid back home in OHIO. Yep, I'm a Buckeye.
So....doing good, love SP, heading out to class and maybe at least a short walk before.
