Taking it day by day this time. I had the GRAND scheme of things in mind and my detailed to do list. But after sitting here and thinking about it - the chaos of kids in the back ground - my final thought on my goals.... Just make it to Friday!! Lol... Focus on today. Make healthy eating choices TODAY. Exercise TODAY (some how - even if it's wrestling with the boys or swinging my baby girl around).
The GRAND picture... the huge inspiration board... all awesome and they do work. But for me - right now - TODAY is all I can handle.
So here is to small steps... better choices.. and making TODAY matter!!
