So after two years, back again.
It's interesting, when I started SparkPeople I weighed 125lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever been. And my goal weight was 115lb.
Now I'm back. I had attained that goal and then some, getting down to 110lbs. At one point I was hovering around 118lbs and then moving into a new house in over 100 degree weather I was able to reach 110lbs. For a while I hovered around 113lbs, but now I got back up to 115lbs and am getting angry at my belly.
I know people are like, oh my gosh how can you complain about being at 115lbs? I have this belly that drives me crazy. Even sitting right now I feel like I have a tire attached to my front.
So what's the plan?
Just healthier eating, think paleo (not all the time, but keep it in mind), and eat off of small plates.
I pretty much have a plan of eating a consistent lunch of chicken, broccoli, and some sort of healthier grain. Oddly enough I like steamed broccoli more than any other vegetable so I'm sticking with what I like.
I keep telling myself that I am the only reason I am not at the point I want to be.
We'll see how it goes this time around.
