I've always gotten bad PMS--and the older I get, the worse it seems to be. Cramps, back ache, upset stomach, and food cravings. I usually want to curl in a ball and hide under the covers. Yesterday, I rested most of the day but after dinner I took a 50 minute walk. It made a big difference in how I was feeling!
Today, I "made" myself go to the gym, then did my usual strength training at home. I feel much better.
Does anyone have tips on dealing with food cravings? I eat well all of the time but the hormones kick in and it's so hard. I'm making a batch of kale chips right now to snack on tonight. Ugh.
