Just when you settle into Friday night, it's Monday again!
Today was a good day. No drama at work, very quiet.
Met with the trainer. Had another tough session. She pointed out that I am much better while training in the morning versus the afternoon. Last Thursday afternoon I told her that I didn't like any of the exercises that she had me do.
Today I felt differently.
First - 5 minutes on the treadmill alternating 10% incline to no incline, walking/jogging
Then to the back room where all the pain begins............. just kidding............
T H I R T Y was the word of the session
30 overhead presses with 10lb weights
30 rows with resistance bands and backward lunges
30 jabs/cross and then 30 hooks on the bag
30 kettlebell rows
30 physio ball passes (great for the core)
30 leg raises on physio ball
Seems like I am forgetting one but you get the idea
I stayed with calorie range today as well.
Planning for another good one tomorrow!
