I'm losing momentum

Today ends my 4th week with Spark People. I started the program with determination & promises to myself, and I've done pretty well until today.

I just hope that today is an "off" day and not a total relapse like other times. I have no idea where this is coming from which is making me a little nervous.

If anyone has a suggestion, I'd really appreciate it!

    Everyone has an off day. Start back up again with some small steps that you are in the mood to complete. It might help to look at some motivational quotes either on SparkPeople or go to google.com select images and type in motivational sayings. Also, think about the reasons you started this journey; maybe it's time to modify those a little.

Keep going and remember tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning!

    Everyone has a day when things don't go as planned. Just do a few small things to get back on track - I do little things like a short video or walk or eat some fruit and drink water. No one is perfect all the time, it's what you do most of the time that really matters.

    Congrats on 4 weeks! We all have "off days" where we just fall off track. The important thing is to keep your goals & why you started in focus. Keep working towards those goals and you will make it :) Tomorrow is a new day, hopefully it will be better than today for both of us.
