Had a better week. I stayed positive. I eat within my points everyday and also got all my fitness minutes in. Im glad Im back on track. I am going to set some goals later on for this week. But week 5 way better than week four. Im feeling a little less hopeless with my progress.
My main goal is to lose 1lb or more though so when I weight in I well be under 260! Im at 260 now so I cant wait to leave that be hide me!
