I hurt my back last week, and have been unable to do my C25K. Initially, I did really well. Thinking to myself, if I can't move, then I need to be super careful with my calorie budget. Thursday and Friday were great! Saturday, my sister took me to Bonefish Grill. oh my. oh my my my my my. Eating out is proving to be an area that will require some work for me. I blew my entire day from that one trigger.
I'm very excited to be able to move again! I will start out slow this time so that I don't end up in the same predicament a week from now.
