I am once again starting off a new week recovering from illness. I really need to not do this so often. NOT my idea of a good way to start the week.
Last week I feel was fairly successful. I had more good exercise and eating days than I did bad, though when my fiance and I weighed and measured ourselves, there was not much significant difference, which I'm sure everyone can relate to how frustrating and discouraging that can be. I keep telling myself it's not only about the numbers, though. I'm still hanging in there. I'm still trying, and I'm still improving my life. I can see little changes all the time. I have more definition in, and I actually have muscle tone in some places.
I really need to learn to stay on track on the weekends, though. This weekend can't really count, because I essentially did not consume any food from Thursday night till just last night. But I know me and I know that if I hadn't been sick, I still would not have stayed on track very well, if at all.
So my goal for this week: Run for three total minutes at least two days, and add an extra rep at least one strength training day. Other goals will include getting at least 7 hours of sleep for at least 4 nights, and finding healthier lunch alternatives.
I'll post weekend goals Thursday night!
