For those emotional eaters out there. It is not worth it! Hit the gym, get out and walk, or follow an SP workout.

    Thanks so much for sharing. I was reading too many excuses & negativity! Exercise IS my drug of choice!

    Expressing our emotions is far better than stuffing them down inside us with food.

Since we have to eat and cannot avoid food, it's best if we learn coping skills and mechanisms like what you posted above to get us through trying times!
