So I went to Walmart over the weekend and tried on some sleep wear since everything I have are too big or have snags/tears in them. I tried on two different sizes, 18/20 and 16/18. The 18/20 was a bit too baggy so I went with the size 16/18 and it fit pretty good. I figured with the smaller size I can shrink out of them and I'll get more use out of them for a longer period of time.
I ended up gaining a a little less than a pound which isn't much but still sucks seeing my weight go up. I think it has to do with being constipated yet again. Dr's saying to drink more water and consume more fiber are just nuts since I've had this problem for a good chunk of my life. I hope my nurse practitioner can help figure it out and help me with this issue. I'm not going to dwell on the slight weight gain because weight does fluctuate so much and it could go down tomorrow but who knows.
It was really nice seeing my boyfriend's family during the weekend! We did a lot of walking yesterday when we went to a free car show and then went to the mall and walked around a lot there as well. I didn't get much exercise on Saturday but the heat made me sweat a lot I felt like I had ran a mile. Heat and I really don't mix well and I always end up sweating, dehaydrated, and tired.
I'm going to be making tuna sandwiches for dinner tonight because it's quick and easy and it's something cold on a mildly warm day. I'm feeling really tired today because we drove back home really late and didn't get home until midnight.
