right now, tracking food is the hardest thing for me. I know, I've got the basics down and I'm just too lazy to log my food. I know that I should be doing it more, because even though I know the basics I let myself skip way too often. A snack here, a bit of chocolate there.
I need to find a way to motivate myself right now. I know that would help me more with my weight loss than anything else right now but still... I just can't get myself to do it :/
HOWEVER positive things on the workout front. I'm slowly changing things. I try to do Ellen Barretts Barefoot Cardio every other day. I do one long Leslie Sansone Session every week and when I'm not doing the Barefoot Cardio I do one of her walks.
I notice that my body is adapting. I've been doing the Walk-Workouts since I started my journey in January and they're not really challenging anymore. I don't have a heart rate monitor, but I feel that it's not going up that much when I'm doing the workout. It *is* going up when I'm doing Barefoot Cardio, though. I've also noticed, that my lunges get better. My legs don't hurt that much anymore.
That's why I'm thinking about adding more of Ellen's workouts to my routine.
I'm also thinking about trying on of Jillian Michaels workouts. But I'm scared aswell ^^ Her workouts are kick ass and I hate failing to keep up even if I'm all by myself *sigh*
