So...the past THREE days I have eaten without abandon...and I'm feeling it. I've lost my energy completely! I hate feeling this way, stupid junk food! This week I am trying a new approach...going to do the low-carb thing again. I have done it before and lost weight on it...so I know it works I just have to stick to it! Considering I am a heavy meat/cheese eater it's not a hard diet for me to follow. The only thing I miss is bread with hamburgers...but I can get past that. Hopefully I can be successful with this diet again! (Btw...I did maintain my goal weight after this diet with no problems for a long time...I just lost control due to stress).
