285 this morning. That's 12 pounds down. 3 pounds to go to hit my first 5% off.
My daily steps have been increasing, sometimes by a lot. I've been noticing a slight improvement in my stamina when I'm out walking now, not a lot yet, but enough to notice that there's a difference.
My waist is 2 inches smaller. I have a LONG way to go before that's a good size, but every little bit off helps.
