My Skinny Rule #2

In no particular order, here's my "skinny rule" #2:

Brush your teeth!

When you stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime, brush your teeth. By brushing your teeth, you will help yourself not eat again before you go to sleep. It's silly, but it works for me and these ARE my skinny rules.

    I have to brush, floss, AND use mouthwash to make it effective- that really helps!!

    Might have to give it a try but first I need to eat enough food to keep SP happy! Need another 150 at least for the day. emoticon

    Sounds like an interesting concept, makes sense!

Why doesn't this work when I wake up and brush. I still eat afterwards?
But the nite time thing does work!
