Every morning I look at my body in the mirror;.
Every morning see rolls of blubber around my middle and bulges on my thighs. Every morning they seem to get bigger.
Ever morning I tell myself "It is time to take care of my body and weight. I MUST start watch what I am eating starting today" This lasts as long as it takes me to get of the bathroom.
Every morning, I've used the excuse, "I have other problems to concentrate on"
Every morning I tell myself, "no more excuses"
Every morning I tell myself, "I will go for a long bike ride today and burn a gazillion calories." Quite often I do this and can burn up to 1000 calories. But then I always seem to eat twice the amount calories I burned.
Every morning I go to SparkPeople and look for support and help. Every morning it is there, but I don't use it.
I wonder if I could make today different:
Quit making excuses
Plan what to eat
Follow my plan
Track what I eat on my plan
Don't count on bike riding to burn those calories. use them as a bonus.
Track my physical activities.
I hope this blog isn't just another list that I will make an excuse for!
