I have been researching appetite suppressant tips and tricks and I have a few that have seemed to work today.
Of course, the most popular and obvious one, water. I have been faithfully drinking all morning and afternoon.
Pickles (whenever I crave something salty I took a bite and it helped)
Apples (they are harder to digest so they stick around longer helping to feel full longer)
Potatoes (same as above)
Veggie or Chicken broth to sip
I did it!!!! I resisted the urge to buy peanut M&M's from the vending machine!!! Yay me!!!!!!! Strange, the urge was soooooo bad, desperate really and now a half an hour later it is gone.
