Long time not checking into Spark People. It is good to be back and stop in to say hello to you.

I worked out about 6 months doing zumba classes and they are super fun. They remind me a lot of Jazzercise. I stopped the classes in August, but hope to rejoin soon. I do miss all the sweat and great endorphins that come with a great work out.

I am back to measuring and tracking all my food. For me, I know that is what works. Somehow, all those invisible enemies (untracked bites of food) stay on me and it takes an enormous amount of work to get the pounds off.

I have at least 20 pounds that I want to send into outer space and the sooner the better. I know I need to be patient, but I am not.

Anyway, glad to be back and it is always good to hear from you.

Hope you are doing well on your weight loss journey.

    I would love to lose another 10, but not stressing over it. Enjoying being more active and making mostly good food choices. Today was a lousy choice day for some reason. Tomorrow will be better. In fact, the rest of today will be better. Great success to you!
