Weekly Update: Down 0.6 Lbs!!! I'm On My Way!!

Happy Monday!!

So, I decided that each week I will take a picture of my scale progress plus pictures of myself. Right now, I only have the scale picture. So, every Monday I will try to post my picture regardless of loss or gain.

Today 9/16/2013 weight: 238.8 lbs (down 0.6 lbs)

    Congratulations!!! That's awesome!!!
I agree with Woubbie: don't forget to pay attention to the non-scale victories too. There have been some weeks when my scale goes up, but I'm still making great progress so it helps to have lots of other measurements: tape measure, number of situps and pushups, how a certain part of pants or blouse fits, how you look, how you feel.
You are doing it!!!

    Look at those pretty little feet! emoticon on your emoticon start and emoticon commitment to tracking your weight. Remember though, my emoticon , your weight WILL fluctuate UP and down. Keep your eyes on the Big Picture. The weight loss line is not a straight downward one! Don't get discouraged by short-term results.

    Make sure to take measurements too; even if you don't use a tape measure, put on a pair of tight pants or a ring that just barely fits and test them every week or two. Sometimes you will see progress in the mirror and in the fit of your clothes, even though the scale is higher than the previous week.
