Today. Today I need to do this.
My mindless endless cycle needs to stop. I do really well, for the most part during the week. Even friday.. Then the weekend endless mindless munchies kick in..
I am going to revamp my fridge... We dont really keep unhealthy food in my house..
A few all natural organic granola bars, pretzels, pistachios, almonds. really not anything else..
I tend to over eat- my downfall. wings on the weekend. they are soooo good.
Generally- we go out once on the weekend (or during the week) and grab a few pints and some wings. my husband finally likes them.
oh my other downfall- onion dip. its my crack. i use it with carrots and pretzels but i can eat an entire container at once (i dont and I have not- but i could).
I guess its not really "overeating" but then I will have a snack and dinner- i dont need the snack. its just mindless eating..
I have been making a lot better choices lately...
so I am just putting a stop to mindless eating.
I made myself some decaf iced coffee for the urge of something sweet.
Working out is a non issue. im chugging along famously.
