Endless Cycle Stops

Today. Today I need to do this.
My mindless endless cycle needs to stop. I do really well, for the most part during the week. Even friday.. Then the weekend endless mindless munchies kick in..
I am going to revamp my fridge... We dont really keep unhealthy food in my house..
A few all natural organic granola bars, pretzels, pistachios, almonds. really not anything else..

I tend to over eat- my downfall. wings on the weekend. they are soooo good.
Generally- we go out once on the weekend (or during the week) and grab a few pints and some wings. my husband finally likes them.
oh my other downfall- onion dip. its my crack. i use it with carrots and pretzels but i can eat an entire container at once (i dont and I have not- but i could).
I guess its not really "overeating" but then I will have a snack and dinner- i dont need the snack. its just mindless eating..
I have been making a lot better choices lately...
so I am just putting a stop to mindless eating.

I made myself some decaf iced coffee for the urge of something sweet.

Working out is a non issue. im chugging along famously.

    Thanks! One day is down and it was no problem, mostly because it was Monday and I spent 10 hours at work and then another 3 hours out with no food in site. Had a chicken gyro wrap when I got home so no damage there!! Onto day 2. Good luck. I literally cannot keep ice cream in my house- even if i buy some- I have pretty good self control and want to keep it for a few days, but somehow, my husband eats it all at like 4am. and i get so mad and force myself to eat the whole thing so he doesnt eat it. that makes sense, right? haha

    I am such a mindless eater as well! And the weekends are just awful for me. Friday nights we usually go out and have a few drinks as well as maybe sushi or a burger or something. Then if we go bowling we drink more, if we come home and watch a movie we eat ice cream. It's like my mind goes into this mode where calories don't count on the weekend which is totally stupid! My crack is ice cream or peanut butter crunch. I don't keep them in the house usually. But if they're there they are going to end up in my tummy. I'm planning on a revamp as well. Hopefully it'll get me going in the right direction! Good Luck on your revamp!
