So during this last week, I decided to take a break from tracking/eating right etc. I learned a lot!
1 - I gained almost 9 pounds in 1 week! That tells me how insanely important it is to track your food so you can hold yourself accountable for what you put in your body!
2 - It's SOOO easy to fall back into bad habits, especially when you are spending time with loved ones that aren't watching their weight! This tells me that just because they aren't watching their weight doesn't mean I should stop watching mine and going back to tracking and making better decisions with or without them is the way to go!
3 - I feel bloated! I put so much processed, fast foods in my body this last week I couldn't even suck my tummy in! This tells me that that stuff is BAD for me!
I am glad that I got to spend some time with my love, I think he realized that he needs to get on track as well and how insane 1 week off track got me. We went walking last night and he even got me to attempt to "jog" although it was only for about 30 secs that is more than I can say I have done in a very very long time! We have committed ourselves to exercising and making better food choices for our futures!
I am blessed to have the support I need and I am thankful for being given the opportunities to realize my own potential!
Success just keeps coming even when it looks like a FAIL!
