I am on vacation today from work. Just one day, but it is a much needed day off from work. Between my 10 hour work days, renovating a rental house, keeping up with daily house chores and my family, I am struggling trying to find time to create a healthy menu and exercise. I have been trying to eat what I have in my refrigerator and my pantry that is healthy, but am getting bored with what I have. So, today I am going to come up with several weeks worth of menus and grocery lists. Then I can keep using the same ones until I get bored with the menus or want to try something new. As far as exercise, I am going to have to break up my 30 minute rowing sessions into segments and do some strength training at work on my lunch break. Good thing I have an office with a door! Still going to continue my Yoga/meditation before bed, though. It helps me to get to sleep.
