morning reading was 225!
nice to see the numbers continue to go down.
today I hope to drink more exercise more and I reduce my portion sizes a bit.
have not check my weight and I will not check my wait until Friday. but the last time I checked I had already lost 6 pounds. probably a lot was due to excess water weight. still a loss is a loss is a loss and I will take it.
if I can break 200 by the end of one week of working the plan, I will be very very happy.
