so, from what I see, the minimum I can eat is 1,200 calories a day....and 1,500 is my max. I saw a nutritionist who told me to not go below 1,400 in a day and 1,600 is my max. I don't know why it bothers me so much, but because I cant work out, I want to eat enough, but not too much. In a month I think I'm going to try weight watchers, because its not about calories there-and calorie counting drives me INSANE. I just want to know what I eat is good for me, which is why I like weight watchers. It bases to carbs to protein to fiber.
Also, because I cant work out, I get so iffy with foods. I realized that I HATE smoothies, so that wont be happening again....
but I love salads! What do you put in yours?
